Throughout the ages there have been countless civilizations that have risen from the wild untamed lands. Some are native Naturans and are other Rift civilizations, survivors displaced by the pathways who managed to find a way to build a land for themselves. Their names are many quite a few have been lost in the march of time and yet there are some that prevail and even after their disappearance their names remain surviving the march of time.

Religion: The People of Salzaan practiced the worship of Paralititans, of whom they believed trampled the old world and created this new one. However, there were older cults that worshiped Spinosaurs as the great teachers that lead to the rise of the Viltus Empire.
Engineering: The Viltus Empire was built in a similar way to great empires of a large emphasis on incredivble masonry that built ziggurats on the islands they lived on. THey also had quite advanced boats for their time.
Wildlife: The Viltus Empire while were not heavy on nature worshiped larger animals that lived in the Salzaan sea including Paralititans, Spinosaurs, Sarcosuchus and other large animals.
History: Not much is known about the old Viltus Empire other than it was founded by local sailors of whom brought over great carpenters, masons and engineers to their islands and slowly built up their wealth by becoming the fastest trade route from Marcia to Europa and prospered off of those wishing to trade from the Salzaanian seas. However, this prosperous empire started to faulter when sea levels began rising and swamp growths started appearing, and soon the shallow sea had been turned into a gigantic swamp that swallowed the Viltus Empire whole.

Region: Primarily around Europa however are known to wander the whole main continent.
People: The Cerddwr people were originally a human exclusive empire during the age of empires however, during the age of trials when the empire fell and they adopted a nomadic lifestyle they adopted in both Northmen and Msai and intermingled with them as well as the Mountain Tribes that also mixed with their blood.
Religion: In ancient times the people worshiped Christianity brought on by the Romans that came through the rift, however, since that time the Cerddwr have changed their lifestyle, following the trails of great sauropods their culture changed over time. They have a pantheon of gods that they worship, each one having a correlating animal that represents them or rather the god transforms into. The Lord of the Skies, or Jupae is represented by storms and the Quetzalcoatlus, Nepara the god of the lakes and seas is represented by a white spinosaurus, and the lord of the damned, Plutos is represented by a red carcharodontosaurus, tho some versions of the story say that it was a red giganotosaurus that created the Husni desert by murdering the great jungle that once laid there. According to their myths, Nepara and Plutos are always at war with one another their constant battle represented by the floods and the droughts.
Engineering: The Cerddwrn are a patchwork of different levels of technology, they have the capacity to create firearms and have forges capable of making steel technology, as well as crossbows, balistas, and the likes, but seem to lack or have forgotten agriculture.
Wildlife: The Cerddwr's relationship with wildlife is complicated. They rely on them as beasts of burden, food, and mounts. Their most complicated is with the Sauropods of which they consider sacred above all others, none are allowed to tame, or so much as even touch a live sauropod until one has died, at which point it's meat, bones and other materials are distributed among the entire nomadic tribe, they use their bones and hide to help create tent homes or to make bone arrows. A remnant of the Dal Empire are the knights of Dal as they still hold the name of the empire. They are the protectors of these caravans, born into a duty they are given an albertosaur egg that they must hatch themselves and rear, if they fail at this duty they are cast out of their family. They also utilize a form of domesticated dire wolf for hunting companions and mounts. Beasts of burden/mounts include Camelops, Mastodons, Stegosaurus, Centrosaurs, Parasaurolophus, Torosaurus, and Paraceratherium, though due to how far these people spread occasionally one or two people within a tribe or a different tribe will have variations of different creatures from different regions. For instance, in Europa, Velociraptors area a common pet and hunting companion, but in tribes further north there is a large number of Dakotaraptor riders. Their livestock include a domesticated version of Othnielia that is larger and more meaty.
Descended From: An amalgam of the Romans, French for the original Dal, however, afterwards, they became an amalgom of the Mountain Tribes and the Kashdani.
History: One of the last empires to rise and last to fall was the Dal empire, this empire was originally a smaller nation of unknown name before they were visited by the first wave of rift immigrants, the Romans, of whom introduced them to a number of technological advances and altered their culture so dramatically that within half a century they had become one of the most powerful empires in the world. Over time they adopted a number of rift people and their culture would change dramatically each time. The Empire became like a feudal society within Europa, knights would be gifted with albertosaur steeds and would ride off into battle against invaders. However, with the coming of the age of triall almost as though a reflection of the fall of the roman empire the Dal empire was invaded by barbarians and their cities crumbled.

Their people were guideless and soon became pushed together with refugees from the mountain tribes and the Kashdani people. During the Unification War that destroyed the Dal empire a figure known as Enonen, originally from the Mountain Tribes unified the refugees under one force and with the Marcians, Timijinn and the Crendans drove back the unknown invaders from the south. After the war, these people unified further and moved to take back Europa, with the help of their allies they became the nomadic people known as the Cerddwr and would go along wandering the lands of old.

People: The Kashdani people are ethnic group of Naturan humans. One of the most ancient Naturan populations known. Research by historians report that the ancestors of the Kashdani migrated to Husni at some point during the age of stone.

Religion: The most common religion observed among Kashdani is a monotheistic belief in a deity known as Yul. Yul is said to represent light, justice, guidance and good fortune and is often represented by artistic renditions of a luminous being of ambiguous shape. In ancient text it is written that Yul is a guardian that guides the people of Husni through it's harsh deserts. And Yul's light shines mercy and miracles down on those who seek the word of Yul. Worship of Yul is actually rather simplistic, Kashdani travelers carry small objects usually made in the 'image' of Yul and during the night when the moon is highest in the sky, a prayer is held in tribute to Yul to ask for good fortune. Many Kashdani holidays are inspired by the worship of Yul.

Abrahamic religions are also common among Kashdani presumably due to the similarities between the Abrahamic God and Yul.

Engineering: The Kashdani are quite advanced by Naturan standards. In order to survive in Husni they are highly innovative and often search out new technologies by searching out rifts and rift civilizations for trade or adoption into their culture. Navigation technology and agriculture techniques are particularly valued among the Kashdani.

Wildlife:For the Kashdani, wildlife is highly respected they are seen as the messengers of Yul their lifestyles are believed to have helped the early Kashdani survive in the harsh desert. Interestingly despite their preference for agriculture, the Kashdani do not have a direct equivalent of livestock. While they domesticate and tame wildlife, they do not raise animals for slaughter instead Kashdani settlements typically have areas where they attract herds of herbivores and supply them with food and steady water supply and chase out any predators that may come near. Then they let the population exist in relative isolation until the time comes for hunting, Kashdani hunters pick out the amount of food needed and hunt them down quietly without spooking the herds away from their land. Titanosaur herds are particularly valued for this practice, Titanosaur hunting is seen as a sacred practice done in tribute to Yul. Iguanodon, Majungasaurus, Camptosaurus, Paraceratherium, Camels, Horses and Desert Elephants are the most common mounts. Mounts are particularly revered among the Kashdani and are often quite decorative given elaborate clothing or paint to make them distinctive and mark who they belong too.

History: The Kashdani people are among the oldest populations of native Naturans. Archeological evidence points to them being descended from a tribe of early humans that left Crenda. Curiously they remained on the move for unknown reasons and eventually came to be settled in the Husni region where they established themselves as a stable people. Throughout history the Kashdani people have managed to survive the passage of time, during the Age of Empires, the Kashdani majority nation the Hurd Empire was one of the most powerful nations in the world going through various states until it collapse shortly before the Age of Strife. People: The Timijinn are a Naturan human population. Genetic research shows they are descended from native Naturans and people from beyond the pathways from a region called Asia. However their is a common minority known as the Chinuan who are descended from hybrids produced between Timijinn and Neanderthals. In modern times Neanderthals can be seen living among them.

Religion: Since ancient times, Timijinn religion has centered around famous Timijinn Mountain range and the great Mount Elysium. The tallest mountain on Natura is said to be home to the Great God of the Mountain the father of the gods of the Sky, Sea and Earth who serve him. Their belief system is very abstract and centered around nature.

Engineering: In ancient times the Timijinn were feared for their advanced knowledge gained from their ancient ancestors and had technology similar to the Chinese during the warring states era including limited primative firearms and other powder based weaponry. In modern times they regularly trade to adopt the latest technology into their daily lives.

Wildlife: Wildlife is essential to life in the steppes of Sandova. Beast of burden such as Horses, Iguanodon and Corythosaurus are essential for their nomadic lifestyle and are treated in a way akin to currency. Clans regularly exchange travel animals as a method of diplomacy and the stealing of riding animals if a crime punishable by death. Dire Wolves are sometimes tamed as companion and work animals the domesticated breeds are known as Snow Hounds. Lastly Nanuqsaurus play an important role in Timijinn society, Nanuqsaurus are raised from birth by handlers who use them as hunting animals training them to hunt down and recover prey. Their feathers are also considered of great importance and worn by high ranking figures. Wild animals are respected the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Wolly Mammoths and Woolly Rhinoceros are considered spiritual animals.

History: Long ago during the Age of Empire, a pathway displaced a large number of people from Mongolia and China they encountered a large settlement of Naturans in Europa and eventually created a new civilization. This civilization thrived for a time being the center of culture until a great cataclysm took place. Devastating earthquakes and famines ravaged the lands which opened the civilization to exposure by invaders. Faced with death the people rallied under the banner of the Great Clans, families that held great influence in the old Empire and fled to the north. Eventually after enduring great hardship they settled in Sandova, a relatively uninhabited region save for savage primitive human relatives they dubbed the "Ghost Men". Soon enough the Great Clans forgot their origin and embraced the lifestyle of nomads constantly moving during the shifting seasons in Sandova to find habitable land building their culture around this lifestyle. Soon enough internal conflict and war against the Neanderthals drove the Great Clans apart leading to a life of constant movement and conflict until the the powerful Timijinn Clan would one day conquer Sandova shortly before the Unification Wars.

People: The Mazani people are a people of Naturan descent. But evidence shows traces of African and Greek ancestry, within much of the population which is reinforced by their history. Several ethnic minorities are present but many mix into the Mazani people.

Religion: The belief system of the Mazani people is a polytheistic belief in a supreme god known as Zanani described as the Lord of Storms who brings the great winds and rains to all of Crenda, Zanani is represented by the Argentavis which are said to embody his might and divine powers. Zanani also has a wife and several children each who represent some aspect of life and death who are said to wield great power. They also worship spirits and guardians known as Uruzai, there are countless Uruzai and individual cities have different sets of Uruzai that they believe in. Uruzai are represented by animals, concepts and even great people who were said to be born of the gods.

Several smaller religions can be found being practiced in the Nation.

Wildlife: Animals in Crenda are respected by the Mazani nation, they make use of tamed and domesticated animals as part of their daily lives and take great pride in their companions. Paraceratherium, Kelenkens, Macrauchenia and Europasaurus are the most common mounts or beast of burden. Dire Wolves and Smilodon are sometimes used as companion animals by those willing to tame them, Dire Wolves being the more common.

History: The history of civilization in Crenda is as old as the region itself. Ancient Naturans had to learn and adept quickly to survive alongside the countless species that compete for survival. Many tribes appeared and one of the largest was a tribe that settled near the rivers of central Crenda. The Mazani survived by adopting strangers into their camps, this strategy provided them with fresh numbers and gave them an overwhelming advantage over their rivals. Their biggest stroke of luck was when that adoption included displaced people the largest numbers come from groups of people from a cities known as Carthage and a group who called themselves Greeks from cities called Athens, Thebes, Sparta and Macedon.

The Carthaginians and Greeks were grateful for the Mazani taking them in and in return for their help they taught the tribal people much in the way of engineering, government and military strategy. The Mazani were quick learners and as the generations passed they developed into an advanced civilizations, the Mazani spread quickly and now rule over much of Crenda save for areas with rivaling development. But the Mazani never forgot their origins, conquered people are allowed to retain their culture and are given a place as citizens within the Mazani democracy. The Mazani often see themselves as the defenders of Crenda and at times all of Natura, though they wield great territory and power they have sworn off their days as conquers and instead act for the betterment of the world in their eyes. Mazani armies have often been sent forth into battle against threats perceived to endanger the world. For their efforts in the ancient Unification Wars, they are a respected power in Naturan civilization.

People: Little is known about the mysterious people of the mountain tribes. Evidence points to them being quite genetically diverse descended from a large number of different peoples and even species. They are mainly identified as 'Human' but it would seem that hybridization has occurred in a number of tribes as they often have strange features or uncommon appearances. One universal habit observed among all tribes is their fascination with mask, all Mountain Tribesmen wear some variant of mask, some tribes wore more uniform mask while others had individual mask for every tribesmen.

Religion: Mountain Tribe culture is highly centered around religious beliefs. Every tribe appears to have a official religion centered around god-like figures that have different demands. Tribes that aligned themselves with similar gods appeared to be allies while those that swore to significantly different gods were bitter enemies. Historical evidence points toward the gods being centered around 'Cults' which were defined by a single animal.

The historically recognize cults are as follows:

Cult of Eisha: The Cult of Eisha appears to revolve around Supersaurus, the lone sauropod species found in the Avion region. Eisha believers live nomadic lives never staying in one place for too long, much like the Timijinn clans of the far north they carry their camps on their backs mimicking the movements of a sauropod herd. However signs indicate that if a Supersaurus corpse was discovered they would build shrines out of the skeleton and use them as gathering places.

Cult of Uran: The Cult of Uran centers around Pachycephalosaurus. Uran believers seemed to live rather rigid lives on the higher portions of the mountains, building settlements in or around caves and cliff sides in defensible positions away from potential enemies. Uran worshipers were reportedly very aggressive and would chase out any who dared approach their settlements.

Cult of Skullian: The Cult of Skullian reveres the Carnotaurus of Avion. One of the most dangerous of the cults, the believers of Skullian mimicked their fearsome gods and were violent raiders killing any they encounter using stealth and ambushes. They preformed violent human sacrifice, either of their victims and even their own people making offerings to Carnotaurus by leaving the slain out to be consumed.

Cult of Skylos: The Cult of Skylos focused on Quetzalcoatlus and pterosaurs. Skylos believers like the Uran lived high in the mountains. One of the rarest cults they appear very infrequently in the historical record but legends speaks of a strange phenomenon. Historical lore tells tales of 'Sky Riders', mythic figures who rode on the backs of Quetzalcoatlus and were the rulers of the sky hailed as being trustworthy allies and symbols of hope.

Engineering: Varies, typically very primitive.

Wildlife: The Mountain Tribes appeared to highly respect the animals they lived alongside nearly to the point of fanaticism. Tribes depending on their cult would protect the animals they revered and slaughter the animals of those they considered their enemies. This appears to be the main source of conflict between mountain peoples.

History: The Mountain Tribes are a civilization left over from the Age of Stone. Shrouded by mystery, the mountainous peoples of the Avion region are believed to be descended from ancient Naturans who settled into the region potentially during the Kashdani journey into the Husni region. But the genetic diversity and strange anomalies seems to indicate the Mountain Tribes were anything but a homogeneous people. They built great settlements and the remains of their culture litter the mountainsides of Avion. But they reportedly disappeared during the Age of Trial, the exact cause is unknown but suspected to be disease or genocide during the Unification War but claimed descendants of this strange culture still exist in the world.

Religion: The Ribakuran regard a large pantheon of gods and spirits one of the most notable is the goddess Tsukihime. Legend tells of Tsukihime being the daughter of an ancient Sun god who was forced by his enemies to cast out his beloved daughter. Tsukihime took to the seas and roamed for many days and nights, she thought she would not survive the journey until she saw a great eagle with a rainbow of feathers descend from the skies. The rainbow eagle had watched Tsukihime's journey and swore to be her protector, they eagle guided Tsukihime to the land where the moon set in the south. Tsukihime and the rainbow eagle are said to still live in this land too this day. The journey of Tsukihime clearly reflects the ancient history of Ribakuran and is told by all the clans of the rivers.

Engineering: The engineering of the Ribakuran reflects that of classical Japan. Larger clans tend to be more advanced than smaller clans with access to greater resources and even the capability of building firearms and large ships.

Wildlife: The fauna of Aurelia is both feared and respected by the Ribakuran. Many animals co-exist with the peoples of Aurelia as beast of burden, farming animals and even hunting beast with much art and lore dedicated toward them. Particularly dangerous animals are both feared and held in awe as symbols of strength and power, often warriors seeking to prove themselves will seek out the most dangerous creatures to hunt and claim trophies by wearing parts of their body as armor. Particularly the scales of large theropods, which is said only the mightiest of rulers can claim.

History: Aurelia was originally sparsely populated, tribes of displaced humans often found themselves living in the region but for one reason or another were unable to properly come together to form a large settlement. This would be the state of human civilization in Aurelia until the day came great fleets appeared in the sea and hordes of people suddenly found themselves displaced. These displaced people found the native of Aurelia and the two alien cultures cooperated to survive settling around Aurelia's many rivers to build farms and cities leading to the development of the Ribakuran. The river clans developed a great yet isolated civilization as conflict would often break out among the clans leading to little interest to expansion outside of the continent. The Ribakuran did not become very involved with global politics until the Unification Wars, when the Empire of the Starry Heavens attempted to invade Aurelia to use as a base for their invasion of Copiaevum.

People: The Sang'Tzopiloatl consists entirely of humans, and while they breed with captured slaves that have proven themselves worthy in battle, they consider deformities and any hybridization to weaken the bloodlines.
Religion: The Sang'Tzopiloatl religion is based entirely around blood. They believe that blood is the power of the soul and the truest manifestation of one's spiritual being. To kill and drink blood is to assume power. Most of their religion dates back to a primordial story during the beginning days of man, before civilization, when a red giganotosaurus, Di'rakuza is said to have destroyed a large portion of the Sorath Jungle and made it into the Husni desert, the giganotosaur was said to be a giant among it's race and became so because it consumed the blood of all creatures in that neighboring jungle. Di'rakuza is said to have been slain by a hero that came out of the north and where she struck it down, no grass or plant grew. The Sang'Tzopiloatl have long envied the prosperity of The Kashdani for not having to constantly live in fear of the predators of the jungle, even though the empires are considered matched the Sang'Tzopiloatl consider themselves handicapped by the jungle and through their religion wish to resurrect the Di'rakuza to lay bare the Sorath Jungle so that the Sang'Tzopiloatl may ascend and become the supreme empire.

The Sang'Tzopiloatl's fascination stems from their observations of Giganotosaurs, whom bleed out their prey as a method of killing it, and revered these animals as god creatures. There are two ways that the Sang'Tzopiloatl have tried to resurrect their crimson god, sacrificing human beings, usually great warriors that have long passed their prime to a giganotosaurus. Or when death comes to a great warrior to spill his blood upon the field where Di'rakuza died tens of thousands of years ago. That way all of the beings that their warriors had assumed through their slaughter are fed directly into their god. They also sacrifice people at this spot as well bleeding them out, usually slaves they capture of northern blood, believing that the closer the bloodline is to that of the hero, the more quenching and potent it will be.

These sacrifices can number up to hundreds of people, usually captured by a raid that the Sang'Tzopiloatl will launch on another civilization.

The Sang'Tzopiloatl's hatred of their own home primarily comes from the beginning years of this empire when their people were struck by a plague that was exclusive to the jungle's unique ecosystem, ever since then have had a massive distrust of the jungle and believe that by weakening the jungle, they stay free of plague.
Engineering: The Sang'Tzopiloatl are capable of great feats of engineering creating ziggurats as centers of worship as well as places of power. They live primarily as the Aztecs of old did, however, have advanced greatly in warefare and weaponry from their Spartan ancestors as well as developing their own siege methods in order to take cities for mass sacrifices. While they're sufficiently advanced, in battle, the most renown warriors use the Macuahuitl sword as their form of attack, bleeding out their foes in order to drink from them.
Wildlife: The wildlife to the Sang'Tzopiloatl are seen as both beasts of burden, war mounts and tests of their strength and more blood for them to assume. Most animal life have no fond love of the Sang'Tzopiloatl, especially the giganotosaurs though, their worship of these animals has made wearing juvenile giganotosaurus skulls as a sign of prestige as well as killing these animals for their blood, hoping that mixing their god's own blood in will bring more chance of it being resurrected. However, a giganotosaurus is always broken and tamed as the mount of the warchief that goes off to invade and pillage, these mounts are notorious for turning on their masters or snapping and going berserk in the middle of a battle. Most believe it's because of the long abuse these beasts endure.

History: Not much is entirely known about the Sang'Tzopiloatl people, other than in the times of the empires and stone age, they were a very different people, based primarily around the Mayans, this changed during the age of trials when the aztecs and spartans were thrown into the mix of these people and soon their culture morphed and became violent when famine struck, trying to find a solution to their problem turned to sacrifice to an old underworld god. Tensions have been high between almost every nation and the Sang'Tzopiloatl, but especially the Kashdani, the Marcians, and North Clans of whom they've attacked the most. The natural borders into Sardova make it hard to counter attack the Sang'Tzopiloatl, but not impossible....

Religion: The Bural Valley plays host to numerous religious beliefs, often due to it's acclaim as a center of spiritual enrichment and enlightenment. Several Earth religions such as Buddhism and Zoroastrianism are practiced. However the oldest and most widespread religion is Sarka. The belief of Sarka revolves around the acknowledgement of two beings Ului and Allus. Ului is represented as a humanoid figure with the head of a ceratopsian while Allus is similar but represented by the head of a theropod dinosaur. Ului and Allus were once mates who created the world but after its creation they debated how the world Ului believes that the world should go on eternal while Allus believes that the world should one day die. They fell into conflict creating a duality in the world, predator and prey, day and night, life and death, all aspects of Ului and Allus eternal conflict. Despite this the believers of Sarka do not take sides, they instead revere both Ului and Allus building temples dedicated to both though they represent light and dark respectively, the Sarka believe that both gods are the engine that drives the development of the world and that once peace is achieved between them the world will end and be reborn once again when they forge a new world.

It is believed by the believers of Sarka that nothing truly dies. What Allus takes away, Ului returns to life once again in his own way but a life is still important for one does not reincarnate, when you die you are cleansed of all things and begin anew to experience once again. Thus believers in Sarka believe in balance in all things, a maintained life without too much conflict or peace, all things must be embraced but most be monitored lest you tip the scale of Ului and Allus eternal war.

Engineering: The Parash possess much knowledge in the ways of architecture, their first cities were built into the walls of the mountains that brought them to the Bural Valley and their cities are quite advanced incorporating elements of many cultures. Their use of metals and minerals is surprisingly modern, they are hailed for making fine jewelry and rich items their currency, the Lopi, is forged from finely cut rubies and emeralds. And their impressive knowledge of weaponry has kept their lands free form invaders for generations.

Wildlife: Wildlife is usually met with a sort of indifference. Work and Companion animals are cared for but wild animals are either ignored or considered threats based on how dangerous they are. Their is however much cultural acknowledgement of dinosaurs, particularly ceratopsians, theropods and sauropods which are often featured on art, text and even architecture for example many buildings have 'horns' built unto the entrances which is said to ward off potential threats.

History: The Balus Valley is a fertile region in Southern Crenda bordered on all sides by tall mountains which provide a rich environment. However the people who call it home are overall a mystery to the world, the only chronicle of Balus Valley history is an ancient chronicle written in an ancient script that no modern Parash people speak and attempts to translate are vague as best and at worst incomprehensible. What is known from genetic evidence is that they seem to be descended from a population that lived in the area bordering Europa and Avion and for one reason or another became displaced and in their search for a new home ended up in the Balus Valley where they originally lived in the mountains before they began to settle the lands below and build cities.

This marks the beginning of the Pashti Dynasty an ancient family of rulers claim lineage from an ancient warrior who was said to have roamed the entire world. The Pashti Dynasty have long been rivals of the Mazani Nation and the two nations have fought many a war in an attempt to spread their influence, the Pashti have long valued central Crenda and the Mazani have often looked fondly upon the great valley. However despite the many conflicts, the Parash and Mazani people have often co-existed between wars trade and travel has commonly been engaged in and the two nations have often worked together to fight off incursions by the Mountain Tribes of Avion. Their deep history and rich culture have made the Parash one of the most deeply researched people in Natura.

People: The Yggdrasil region is populated by a previously unknown branch of humanity, giants unlike any who have ever lived on Earth. They are called the Sola'Ur, The Sun's Children, believed to be descended from a little known branch of Homo known as Denisova Hominin. They have highly distinctive traits that make them stand out compared to any humans such as unique skin tones and physical features like larger ears and an additional pair of large canine teeth. The Empire of the Heavens is by modern definitions a theocracy. There is only one religion, Sola'Deva, this practice believes that the sun is a goddess named Sola. In lore, Sola is the Queen of a race of divine beings known as the Enka, long ago it is said she birthed the universe after copulating with Luun, the moon god, during an ancient age of darkness. Uru (Natura), was the first born of Sola but was stillborn and died shortly after entering the universe, heartbroken Sola took Uru's body and reshaped her child creating the ocean, land and the sky from Uru's body. Once complete, Sola placed her heart inside Uru creating magma, the blood of Sola flowed within Uru's corpse. When Sola saw her work was complete she shed tears of joy from it's beauty, these tears fell to the surface of Uru and entered the dirt, the Sola's tears and blood mixed with the dirt of Uru and created the first Sola'Ur a woman named Zanabya and a man named Kharan.

Sola was so happy when she saw Zanabya and Kharan that she dug into the ground and created a paradise for them to live in. And declared with joy that this was to be their home, forever warmed by her blood and the light of her presence, this paradise would forever belong to the Zanabya and Kharan, and any descendants they may have provided they never forget the mother that gave them life. The first ones kept this oath and too this day the Sola'Ur praise their mother goddess and revere her.

The head of the Sola'Deva is a High Priestess known as the Uru'Enki. This position is passed down via a lineage said to be descended from Zanabya and Kharan themselves. Every Uru'Enki has a daughter who they pass the title down too, this is achieved by declaring all children of the Uru'Enki women regardless of their physical traits. The Uru'Enki serves as the "Voice of Sola" preforming ceremonies with a circle of priest known as the Circle of the Sun, who assist the Uru'Enki with receiving visions that divine Sola's words. Outside of the leadership, towns across the Empire have Temples dedicated to Sola where they are expected to pay tribute through worship or providing service to the Empire. This may range from farming to serving in the Imperial military as part of ones service.

Engineering: Living in a subterranean world, the Sola'Ur demonstrate a remarkable familiarity with natural resources and thus have been able to exploit them to create technological marvels for the time period. They have impressive metal work able to forge fine armors and weaponry. They even have an understanding of building gunpowder weaponry. But the pride of their technology is their usage of steam, able to harness it as an energy resources to fuel their society. The most powerful demonstration of this is their naval technology, Imperial Steamships were a revolutionary technology that allowed the Empire of the Heavens to traverse the Naturan sea with ease.

Wildlife: When Sola created paradise for the Sola'Ur. She declared all things on Uru to belong to them, thus wildlife among many other things exist at the mercy of the Sola'Ur. They take great pride in taming wildlife for use as beast of burden and mounts, companion animals are also quite common as they are willing to make a companion out of anything that can potentially be domesticated. Outside of that animals are kept for food, or simply hunted for sport and pride with little regard for much else.

History: The mysterious region of Yggdrasil, a mystery to much of Natura. Until the time of an ancient conflict known as the "Unification Wars" brought an Empire to the doors of Copiaevum. The origin of the Empire is unknown it is suspected that at some point the ancestors of the Sola'Ur came to settle in Yggdrasil and survived the ice filled environment by settling near a volcano. This volcano provided these Proto-Sola'Ur with warmth and also gifted them with entrance to the World Below. They began to colonize and thrive within the World Below, and the Sola'Deva religion was born. Historical records shows signs of many conflicts suggesting that the believers of Sola'Deva united the people by force and established themselves as the rulers of Yggdrasil.

But the volcano that brought them life in Yggdrasil would soon prove to be their greatest threat. A volcanic eruption caused a cataclysm in the World Below and nearly rendered the unique environment uninhabitable. But wildlife and Solar'Ur alike managed to survive and in a bid of desperation they took to the seas in search of a new home which marks the beginning of the Unification Wars.

The fate of the Empire is one of the lost secrets of history...

Religion: Religion is a very important aspect of life for the Caporcian people. The most widespread religion is unnamed but is recognized by nearly all clans. It is an ancient traditional religion polytheistic in nature, there are Pantheons of gods and goddess that represent various elements. As well as observations of a variety of supernatural creatures and beings that live in nature. Some of these beings are believed to be benevolent and are worshiped through dedicated shrines and rituals. Others are believed to be malevolent and measures are taken to protect against them. Ancestral Worship is also a major part of religious traditions, heroes from all walks of life are recognized by their descendants their stories regaled time and time again growing to mythical proportions of feats never before seen or likely seen again. These epics capture the imagination and inspire generations with tales of brave warriors and daring explorers.

One of the most common practices. Is the creation of runes, the runic alphabet is a sacred form of writing that is passed down the family lines of Clan Priest who practice writing them to perfection. Runes are believed to have supernatural properties and are used throughout daily life to safeguard and pay tribute to the gods. Villages may have great rune stones with spells written to ward off spirits and warriors may have runes written on their weapons for blessings and strength.

Engineering: The Caporcian people while lacking in more advance technologies are by no means a primative people. They have an advanced understanding of iron age technologies and are even capable of more advance productions such as a strong understanding of glass. After the Age of Trial, the Caporcian people underwent a technological revolution after learning techniques from the Sola'Ur and are some of the most advanced people in the world in the modern age.

Wildlife: Caporica has a wide variety of wildlife from majestic to incredibly dangerous. Much like their religious view on supernatural beings, the Caporcian outlook on wildlife varies greatly. Some animals are held with great respect and reverence and serve as representations of the gods and spirits. While others are hated and believed to be physical manifestations of the malevolent beings that must be warded away with Runes. More calm domesticated wildlife are relied upon for survival.


Descended From: Gaels and Germanic peoples

History: At some point in Caporica's history a series of Rifts saw several sizable groups of people become displaced on Natura. Overcoming the untamed terrain they struggled for survival in this dangerous new world, they banded together building villages and which grew into cities. As the population grew, discussion of leadership arose as ambitious people plotted. In an effort to prevent war over the right to rule the people, a proposal was made to establish a group that would serve as the unifying force of the people. The Clans were established and it was declared that each Clan be given a share of territory and be led by an Elder who proved themselves worthy of being chosen. For a time this brought peace, the clans grew and so too did their territories. But this growth soon developed rivalry and clan warfare broke out but the order of the clans establishes rules and traditions of war preventing the destruction of Caporcian civilization.

One of the defining moments of Caprcian history. Is the invasion of the Empire of the Heavens, they were the first people to fall to Solar'Ur invasion but were spared from slaughter by surrendering to the giants who offered them survival through servitude. For a time they fought alongside the giants until their homeland was liberated near the end of the Unification Wars.
